Topic breakdown per week

• Week 1: Focuses on addition of 2-digit numbers with ones/tens, number pairs to 20, multiplication and division using the 2 and 5 times tables, and addition crossing tens boundary.
• Week 2: Covers the 5 times table, number facts to 20, and addition/subtraction of 1-digit and 2-digit numbers.
• Week 3: Builds familiarity with the Fluent in Five format and introduces 3-digit numbers. Focuses on adding three 1-digit numbers, finding 100 more/less than a 3-digit number, and reinforces 2, 5, and 10 times tables.
• Week 4: Introduces mental addition of multiples of 100 to a 3-digit number, and recaps adding hundreds to 3-digit numbers, as well as addition, subtraction, and multiplication involving up to 3-digit numbers.
• Week 5: Introduces adding or subtracting a 1-digit number to a 3-digit number with regrouping/exchanging, and recaps several previously learned concepts including adding hundreds to 3-digit numbers and the 2, 5, and 10 times tables.
• Week 6: New content includes adding and subtracting two numbers without regrouping/exchanging, alongside a recap of adding and subtracting up to 3-digit numbers and the 2, 5, and 10 times tables.
